For the treatment of effluents our starting point is to obtain a diagnosis of the particular waste products under consideration. Where required, we can arrange for samples to be analysed.

From that diagnosis we are able to devise a solution, provide advice and recommendations, usually with a preliminary indication of costs and benefits.

Monitoring equipment

Clients find it convenient and highly cost-effective to install on site an Efftech Condition Monitor, hard-wired to an appropriate sensor. This enables a responsible technician to save time on site by quickly taking and recording a reading, thereby avoiding the need to use depth probes, manual flow meters which can be slow and inaccurate.

Supply of treatment chemicals

Based on our market position and technical know how Efftech can assemble packages of chemicals so that our customers don’t have to deal with multiple sources. Whether it be a tankered, IBC or carboy supply requirement we always endeavour to get the best available, single order point procurement option.

Industrial effluent treatment

For the vast majority of industrial effluent treatment projects there is no “one size fits all” process. Each set of circumstances requires sound analysis from which a solution can then be determined.

Energy production from Anaerobic Digestion (AD)

Until recently, anaerobic digestion projects have been restricted to large scale undertakings. However, in recent years there has been a remarkable combination of technical, political and regulatory factors that have propelled forward smaller Anaerobic Digestion projects in to the mainstream.

Vacuum Evaporation Systems

Vacuum evaporation systems are used to remove water from effluent, permitting water to be recycled and concentrated effluent to be disposed of economically.

Valuable metals can also be recovered using this process.

Electrochemical metal extraction and recovery

Metal recovery through electrochemical deposition is well-established and widely used in many forms throughout the electronics and metal plating industries.
